Our standard shipping method is USPS priority mail 2-3 days at an average delivery time.

ALL ORDERS SENT HOLD FOR PICKUP ARE GUARANTEED AS LONG AS YOU PICK UP YOUR ORDER WITHIN 36 HOURS OF ARRIVAL AT YOUR POST OFFICE .
YOU MUST REPORT DOA'S OR OTHER ISSUES WITHIN THIS 36 HOUR PERIOD TO BE COVERED WITH OUR GUARANTEE.
FOR USPS DIRECT DELIVERIES CONTACT US WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE DELIVERY STAMP BASED ON THE PROVIDED USPS TRACKING. ITEMS LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE ELEMENTS OVER 1 HOUR ARE NOT GUARANTEED. YOU MUST TRACK YOUR ORDER WITH THE PROVIDED TRACKING NUMBER AND BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
If your Temps are Below 20 Or above 90 degree's ( Reported by the weather channel ) on any of the transit days we cannot guarantee live arrival under these conditions.
Any temps below 20 we may contact you through the email provided on the order prior to shipping to give you an option for us to hold the shipment at your local post office. Holding at the post office is highly recommended in temps below 20. Most DOAs happen when the live shipment is left outside by the mail man when no one is home.
To keep from holding up your order if we do not hear back from you we will default to have your shipment held for pickup at your local post office.
Dubia, superworms,crickets and most other feeders are like reptiles ( cold blooded ) in which their body temps match their surroundings and will slow down and go dormant . If you receive your feeders and they are not moving put them in a warm environment 70 plus degrees for a couple of hours. In most cases they will recover and start moving around and be just fine.

Payment methods:
All payments are processed through Paypal's secure site including all major credit cards. Echecks will have to clear before we ship.
We will accept USPS money orders upon email request. Orders paid by money order will be shipped when we receive the money order. Email: kfcfeeders@att.net
Refunds:
If there is ANY problem with your order we MUST be contacted within 36 hours of delivery to your post office for any refunds or replacements. Pictures of proof of part or the entire order may be required at that same time. Do not throw away the packing containers or box for we may ask for the original order to be returned back to us before refunds or replacements are issued. Delivery times are determined by the tracking info provided by the USPS or fedex. If you have followed the requirements under our LAG and your shipment is dead we will replace the live feeders or refund you for the loss at our discretion . We do include a over-count for the occasional deaths due to shipping .
